The workshop provided valuable insights into assessing <strong>organizational maturity<\/strong> for digital transformation, defining a clear <strong>vision and mission<\/strong>, and establishing <strong>key performance indicators<\/strong> to measure impact and achieve strategic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funded by the <strong>European Union<\/strong> and co-funded by the <strong>French government<\/strong>, the EU4Skills project is implemented by <strong>Expertise France<\/strong> to bridge the gap between <strong>education and employment in Libya<\/strong>, equipping individuals with key skills needed in emerging sectors and a rapidly evolving job market.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On February 15 and 16, a series of dynamic workshops were lunched as part of the EU4Skills project for the Libyan Digital Innovation Lab.
