A workshop was wrapped up on the 1st of October 2024 to strengthen Expertise France in Libya’s team MEAL capabilities and create a unified vision for sustainable outcomes and long-term impact of the EU4Skills project.

The team discussed the Theory of Change, the importance of data-driven decisions, and how to evaluate our progress effectively and work together to achieve project goals.
