The team of Expertise France – Libya Office organized a farewell ceremony on Monday, August 25, 2025, in honor of H.E. Mr. Mostafa Mihraje, Ambassador of the French Republic to Libya, on the occasion of the conclusion of his diplomatic mission. Throughout his tenure, the Ambassador was a model of support and constructive cooperation, and a strong advocate for technical collaboration, contributing to the advancement of development efforts in Libya.
