Minister of Technical and Vocational Education Discusses EU4Skills Program with Expertise France to Enhance Youth Employability

Within the framework of the EU4Skill program, funded by the European Union, co-founded by the French Government, and implemented by Expertise France to align the skills of the workforce with the needs of the labor market in Libya, the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, His Excellency Mr. Yakhlef Al-Sayfaw, met with Mr. Mohamed Al-Aswad, Deputy Director of Programs at Expertise France Libya, and Mr. Sohaib Sbeta, Chief of Component at Expertise France.

During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation to support employment governance in the Libyan education system, develop youth skills to provide job opportunities in technology and the green and blue economy, and develop a plan to develop graduates’ skills in line with the urgent needs of the public and private sectors in Libya were discussed.
