About EU4Skills

EU4Skills is a project designed to bridge the gap between education and employment in Libya. By enhancing skills and employability, EU4skills aims to boost the private sector and drive economic growth. Funded by the European Union and co-funded by the French government, the project is entrusted to Expertise France for implementation.

EU4Skills Components

Building a skilled workforce for the green and blue economies;
